In this game players respond to ethical (or unethical) situations, and the other players have to decide whether they believe the answer is truthful or not.

I have played this game several times with a variety of people, some whom I know well, others not so well. What I have found is that in most cases players quickly learn that they get ahead in the game more quickly when they find ways to mislead their opponents. This includes conveying answers of partial truth, and even out and out lying. That bothers me. There is no penalty for lying or benefit for telling the truth when someone responds to the ethical situations presented during the game.

This can be a fun game, but I find games like "Therapy" by Pressman Toys to be a better ice breaker and get-to-know-you game than this one.

A passable game, but not destined to be a classic.

I was so happy when I first got this toy. I bought it over the internet, and waited days for it. I've had two other laser tag systems and I thought that I had finally found the perfect one. It has all kinds of features such as recoil (which is more of a vibrate), pop out core (read on, there is a problem with it), and other things. The guns go far BUT there is a problem.

The first time, one of them stoped firing. It would make the sound, but would not "fire" anything. I had to buy a new one. The second one I got was the "Nerf" version without the attachments because my attachments still worked. It was fun and I even organized a laser tag club.

One day, I was playing with my friend, and I reloaded. The pop-out ammo core would not go back in. So that one broke, and now I am writing this review. I realized something strange, though. The one that stopped firing AND the one that wouldn't recload WERE BOTH BLUE.

I'm not saying that the blue ones are bad or the orange ones are good. I'm just stating that that's what happened. It's just something to consider. My guess is that most of the good reviews are by people who just bought it and by now their guns probably don't work either. Just red this before you buy it. This is a fun game, and always has been for me. The pop culture triva set makes this a little more challenging for me since I am more of a history and science person. My son received several Gigapets for his sixth birthday.

The neat thing about Gigapets is the many ways they can play. After learning all about "the island" with the Gigapets "Explorer" (hooks to a TV), my son enjoys playing with the individual pets (eg, on long car trips) even more.

My son accomplishes the necessary but small amount of reading in the Explorer game, and learns a few new words by himself while playing.

There are positive lessons of friendship in the game, and there is no "shoot 'em up" or other violent aspect whatsoever.

The music is better than most video games.

I've had this game for 4-5 years now and have used it quite often to kill time. My original finally broke, so I purchased the larger white colored version. I hate it, the buttons are very mushy, it's much larger and takes a little bit longer to display the result of your roll. I love Scattergories, so I wanted to try Slapagories. It takes some getting used to, but it's fun. You just have to get used to slapping and yelling (not at people of course). All three of my kids travel a lot out of town because they are on a team. They enjoy watching their video now players because they can watch it to kill time while waiting for their turn to swim. The picture quality for adults isn't very good, but kids really don't care. They have all the cartoons memorized from when they aired on TV anyway. They love the screen being bigger than the older version, and they like the color picture. It's a small price to pay for cheap entertainment. My son got this in his Easter basket almost half a year ago. He is 5 years old, a huge SpongeBob fan, and has autism. He was enjoying matching games at the time, and so when he unwrapped this he was thrilled!

Not only does he love it, but his typical 3-year-old and 2-year-old sisters try to steal it from him whenever he has it out! We got this doll for under [...], so the value is great for a doll that has accessories and pees. I DO not buy the disposable diapers or the doll juice. The manufacturer planned on BANKING on the parents needing more diapers and more doll juice, but you don't have to feed into it. Get cloth and go with water-pee. The stethoscope does not have a battery in it, nor does the doll, so do not plan to hear a heartbeat. However, if you plan to get a supplemental medical kit at some point, get one with a steth that has a heart beat sound. The other accessories in this kit are fantastic. The medicine in the spoon disappears, the aspirator looks like it's taking away mucus, and the thermometer says this baby has a fever. If you run out of bandaids, just use kid ones. Residue can be rubbed off with a wet cloth. We bought this game a couple of years back and it's awesome! All our guests who've played this game also love it. The coolest part of this game is that nobody needs to do any book-keeping, everything is done by the battery operated device. It'll tell you whose turn it is to play, whose turn it is to guess, what to do and what are the scores. It gives the player a few seconds to guess/play and that keeps all the players on their toes and engrossed in the game. I'd have to disagree somewhat with the previous reviewer. The flaws with this game are that the screen rolls the questions & multiple choice answers out like a bulletin, going from one side to the other. It would have been better had there been a larger screen to present the entire question at once.

Having said that, those limitations do not bother me. If you forget how the question started out you can always hit the "repeat" button. And the speed selections on the scroll is like ultra slow, medium, faster, and real fast. It's really just personal preference. The music is also much more resembling of the real game show as opposed to the music on the Wheel of Fortune handheld. I actually prefer this game a little more than the latter, but I haven't owned it long enough to know that the game is stocked with an amount of new questions that are not going to reoccur.

For the price, I recommend it even with the shortcomings. And at some of the prices I've seen on *cough*, ebay, I don't feel you really lose much.

This is by far the best play-doh activity set we own. There are a ton of things to do with it. Not only does it come with a variety of different tools. There are a lot of places to extrude play-doh through R2D2 too. There are even stamps on R2D2's feet to stamp out people and around his neck on the inside there are symbolic stamps so you can put Star Wars Clone Wars symbols on your play-doh people.

My 3 year old son's favorites are the mold that lets you make a little 3D Star Wars guy and the light saber (the extruded play-doh makes up the lit part of the light saber). The first time I got this out we played with it for over an hour and kept finding new things to do with all the tools and molds.

As a parent one of my favorite things is that all the little tools and toys fit very easily inside R2D2, making it super easy to clean up and put away without loosing parts. It is all very contained and doesn't take up much space to store.

The pieces fit too tight for my 2-yr old to assemble the arms and ears & some of the parts do not fit on at the same time - only one set of ears fits at the same time as one set of arms and the police belt interferes with the hole for the mouth! The legs are also too lose in the slot. You would think that a toy that's been around as long as Mr. Potato head would be perfected by now, but the designers just don't seem to be thinking. Also, the case latch is very poorly designed and it pops open easily and there is not enough room in the case to fit all of the pieces, so the smaller parts still have to be placed inside the potato's "bum". I wish these toys were made like they used to be!
