Was a fun toy for my toddlers...
I bought it when they were around 1, but they couldn't use it right away...it does take a little bit of leg strength to really use it without falling down. But they've loved it when they were able to use it. Good quality, amazon had it much cheaper than the stores did...Get more detail about Hasbro Playskool Kid Motion Bounce 'N Go Inch-Along.
