The Water Elemental is actually the same mold as Torpedo, and that left hip holster doesn't really work with the weapons for either figure. Hasbro is getting on the cheap. All it would have taken was a custom hip piece for each figure, but for some reason far beyond my own reasoning powers they chose not to.Get more detail about G.I.
