I got this for son last year when he was big into Indiana Jones. We just played it again, and I have to say this is a great game. Once you understand it, which is a lot easier than it looks, it's a lot of fun. You place tiles down as you travel through the adventure. Then, when you reach an artifact, you must do a challenge (or two or three) to retrieve that artifact. When all artifacts have been collected, you must race back to the Hall of Ancestors as the DVD tells you what tiles to remove.
This was confusing the first time we played it. We didn't follow the instructions closely, and we didn't finish. However, once we understood that the artifacts were more than one push of the DVD remote, we got it and loved it. The games were not too very hard, my 10 and 8 year olds did great.
I recommend this for anyone who has a a die hard Indy fan. Another level of fun, besides a video game. Get more detail about Indiana Jones DVD Game.
