It's hard to pry children under 15 away from their electronics. They don't want to interact with their peers, parents, grandparents, etc if electronics are available.
This toy quickly took its place in the household as "if we can't play electronics, this is the next thing we'll look for".
It's especially good for mixed-age groups. The preschoolers can play it with the teenagers, or their grandparents. Even when there's a horde of children wanting to play, they work out the rules among themselves and negotiate (no, that's not over the line, yes it is). This is a good social game.Buy SORRY! Sliders!
