I bought this as a gift after many years of enjoying regular catchpharse. Its a great party game. But I think the 12 and up age is too young. I think (or thought) my friends and I are pretty knowledgeable in music... especially 80s music, but there are a lot of songs on the game we had never heard of. Its still a blast especially if you know the song and can sing some lyrics. You find out a lot of times you know a song but can only sing the title.
