All three of my kids love this game (ages 4,7, and 9) and so do their friends and parents. Great for eye-hand coordination. My 4-year old sometimes gets a little frustrated with the dancing movements and not being able to get his marbles in as quickly as his sisters, but he will then just use his fingers. "It's so easy, anyone can play...but can you win?" is the caption that reads on the box. It claims to be "the captivating game of circles and stars." Suggested age was 8 so I purchased it for my 11 year old who loves strategy games. Big Mistake and definite waste of money. My son was not amused and most certainly did not enjoy playing.

Opening the box, you find cheap plastic pieces and a plastic board (negative) but it is easily stowed back in the box (positive). There is one very simple sheet of instructions that takes but a moment to read and then you are ready to play. That's where the simplicity ends and the difficulty begins. This is not a game for your average child or adult. It definitely is for those who enjoy games like Chess and other slow-moving strategy games to a certain extent. Each player is allowed 15 minutes for their turn and, not surprisingly, most will need every moment of that 15 minutes to make a move. The game pieces are hard to make out when trying to find a "fit" for the board. They come in all sorts of wacky shapes and sizes and will take a lot of your patience as you try to learn how they work with the board. The object of the game is to be the one to complete a circle or star to earn your points. The players became very frustrated and felt limited on moves they could make. There was much arguing on whether or not pieces truly had to be "touching" as some of the pieces fit the board perfectly next to another piece but did not come in contact with the neighboring piece. With the frustration levels running high, the game was stowed away after a few pieces were placed on the board by each player. It will end up stowed away in our attic until we find someone who is remotely interested in playing the game. I would recommend stopping at a game store to "try-out" the game before you attempt to purchase it. I wish I had. Get more detail about Hasbro CirKis.

I bought this game because some friends and I had forgotten how to play. It had been a while, but once receiving the board game, it all came rushing back.

I bought this game at a yard sale (...). I was not worth it. The cards all look the same (Pooh bear with a fishing pole, Pooh with a golf club, ect). It is very hard to tell the cards apart. I would skip this one and buy another memory game.Buy Memory Game - Pooh Memory Game!

I have never played any of the other editions of Stratego. I think the classic version features military players. This one has fantasy type players, like a Dragon, a magician, dwarf, etc. I bought it for my husband as I have been looking for good two person games for us to play together. This one hit the nail on the head. It's a simplified chess game, which is great to play again. It's involving and fun, and it makes you feel like your brain may actually be getting some exercise. Kids can play too, which is nice. You can learn to play quickly yet the game can get quite complex: as they say, a minute to learn, a lifetime to master. Highly recommended.Buy Stratego!

I was looking for a Hulk action figure for our son (age 6) that wasn't enormous (little hands!) This one is perfect. He can play with it easily, but it still retains the look of Hulk. This game has really intense graphics for a little USB Gaming System. Too bad my Laptops graphic card isn't good enough to run it smoothly. But the game is a lot of fun and makes me miss this online game I used to play called KartRider. It's under construction. I bought one each for my college age son and daughter. We played it as a family on Christmas Day and thought it was great fun. It is quicker and not as intimidating to non-scrabble players as the original. The carrying case makes it easy to tote around too. I looked for it last Christmas in stores but couldn't find it. I was looking for something a little more 'knightly' if you will for my two year old son. Apparantly they don't make castles for boys. However my son has a thing for pink - not sure if he really likes the color, or just the word - so I bought him the Lily Castle. He loved helping me build the frame, and probably would've been happy if I'd left it at that. But he liked the finished product and spent the first three weeks playing inside, making Grandpa get in, peeking out the windows. I have since come to understand why they don't make castles for boys. Out of the box thinker that he is, my boy prefers his castle dumped over, one half filled with toys, the other half used as a hammock. The frame is hopelessly bent, yes, but has proven surprisingly sturdy considering the abuse it's taken. I've had this game for 4-5 years now and have used it quite often to kill time. My original finally broke, so I purchased the larger white colored version. I hate it, the buttons are very mushy, it's much larger and takes a little bit longer to display the result of your roll. I'm so glad I found this version for purchase.Buy Yahtzee Credit Card Game!

We purchased this for use on our family vacation with our 3 children. They love the full-sized game that we have at home. The travel game is easily small enough to fit in a carry-on bag. It seems sturdy so far, although we have bent a few of the cards. The names on the cards are a bit small, and you have to occasionally look closely at the cards to make out some of the finer details (mustache, eyeglasses, etc.). Overall, a great learning game and perfect for travel. I almost think that this travel version is more sturdy than the original version because the cards don't fall out of the holders as easily as in our full-sized version. We were also able to play this game on a turbulent airplane without anything falling over, spilling on the floor, or getting lost. The game's cards and bills have their own simpsons humor, and each spot on the board reminds me of the moments from the TV show- love the details. I don't have this exact one, but I have the one with Stass Allie, Agen Kolar & Shaak Ti. They are very good and durable, they have not broke. They're fun and cool. The only problem is where are the lightsabers? And Agen Kolar didn't come with a seat. He was in a very weird position so that he cannot sit down. But very good overall. Electronic Hand-Held Yahtzee Game by Hasbro being the model shown(golden in color) is by far the best model ever made. The newer ones by Milton Bradley are cheap and poorly made. Buy this model before they are all gone and it is worth the 'New' price. Yahtzee electronic is a fast and fun game. Can you beat my top score of 602??? I know one female who beat me with a 618 score. We've enjoyed Jenga for years - but always have had problems with the cardboard boxes after multiple moves (Army family) and just taking the pieces out to play and putting them back. OK, if you're like me you are constantly looking for something to distract your kids on car rides and in restaurants. Hangman is usually a "do it yourself" game, but it's not always easy to come up with words while you yourself are distracted by driving or an illusive adult conversation. I love this game. My 2 1/2 year old and I started matching items in the game. I'll take out four cards and give her them one at a time to match the others. We don't actually play the game yet but with all the classic kids' first objects on the cards train, ball, bear, shoe etc it gives us plenty to talk about. Way better than the Dora matching game. We bought this as a Christmas gift for our pirate- and POTC-obsessed boys. First, let me say it's a LOT of fun and we've played it twice in three days. But, it is important to note: while it has a pirate theme and the POTC name, it is NOT a Pirates of the Caribbean game with any of the movies' characters. If this would be disappointing to you, then pick one of the other versions which features the actual characters.

Now that that's out of the way...I would still highly recommend this game for any age group. The cover of the tin says for ages 9 and up, but our 7-year-old easily followed along and could play without much assistance (he's a good reader, but even when we needed to help him, it didn't hurt his play because it wasn't stuff other players couldn't see). The game goes quickly enough to keep everyone's attention, but not so fast that it ends too soon, if that makes sense.

At the beginning of the game, each player decides whether to start out as a sailor or a deck hand. Sailors automatically get an extra pay day and get to pick their captain before deck hands do, but being a deck hand first has plenty of benefits: you're eligible to acquire higher level vessels (which means you're slightly less vulnerable to raids, where you can lose a fair amount of money), and your penalty is often half that of a sailor's when you have to pay ransoms and other costs. That doesn't necessarily mean you'll win the game, though, since lots of players will choose to be deck hands to take advantage of those benefits.

During the game, you'll have plenty of opportunities to gain and lose money and treasure, sometimes paying to/collecting from the bank and sometimes with other players. When you land on "Life" spots, you get a life card that can often give you from 1 to 4 life tokens worth thousands of dollars in treasure. Other players can steal these (you keep them face down so they don't see the value) but you'll likely have chances to steal them back. You'll raid other players' ships, and if you have the highest spin, you'll spin again to see how much money they'll have to cough up. You'll also choose a mascot, and if you have a life token featuring that mascot, it doubles in value.

Our complaints are few and not enough to detract from our enjoyment of the game: 1) It isn't a true POTC game and 2) when your boats are on the lower part of "bridges" in the game, they slide off (we had to turn them upside down). Another big plus is the well-sized and sturdy collector's tin the game comes in. It's easy to get all the pieces back in (with some snack-sized zipper bags) and we don't have to worry about the box collapsing...we expect to play it often and won't wear out the box, at least!Buy The Game of Life Pirates of the Caribbean Collectors Tin!

The Wheel of Futune games have been used primarily by an 6 and 8 year old,(sisters), each have one. They spend hours playing and trade off with each other as the opponet so there's two games going at the same time.

Although house and hotels are plastic, the board game is solid and so are the cards and money.

My grand-daughter was immediately taken with this Simon Trickster musical toy (just as her mother was with the original 30 some years ago) and loves testing her memory trying to reproduce the musical tones in perfect order. We purchased this game for my daughter's second birthday. It's a fun twist to the original memory and holds my daughter's attention because it's Dora but many of the pictures look the same which makes it hard for little ones to tell the difference. I bought this set of cards for my oldest child (almost 7), thinking it would give him an opportunity to learn more about Transformers, counting, game rules, numbers, etc. But the rules of the game were so complex, even my husband gave up and just played the simplest version with him. Here is feature #1: It has controls just like the wii does! When you swing, the blade on the screen swings! To deflect a blast bolt, you must swing at the bullet fast so it will deflect and hit the enemy back! To block normaly, you must put your lightsaber up to where the blast will come and let it hit the blade. It will then pauvalize into nothing. To attack an enemy, swing at him from top to bottom, or left to right. It's cool!

Feature #2: You get to fight many dark, firce foes from the Star Wars world in this game. They all include Darth Maul, (the first), Count Dooku, Jango Fett x2, (i don't know why. once on naboo and another on geonosis),Dark Anikin, General Grievous, Darth Vader, (the last), and last but not least, Emperor Palpatine. The best part is, they all look so real!!! I'd love to have any game with graphics like this ones. (the only one who looks alittle bad is palpatine. all the rest are exact look-alikes!)

Feature #3: You also get to "fight" Jedi as well. As in "fight" I mean training. You can train/fight with Obi-Wan x2,(the easest!),Anikin EPI:2, Anikin EPI;3, (good anikin that is), and last but not least, Yoda!

Feature #4: All Jedi and Sith characters have different swing combonations and moves. None fights alike.

Feature #5: You get to learn Combo Attacks during your training. They are Yoda Finishing Blow, Anikin Rage, and ....... I don't want to give the whole game away!

Feature #6: The game is based off the real Star Wars timeline! Fight through the Blockade on Naboo, From the Battle of Geonosis, then again to Utapau, with the upcoming Order 66 plot.

Feature #7: As well as you fight Jedi and Sith, you fight Battle Droids, Super Battle Droids,Droidekas, Clones and Geonosians. Different color striped clones shoot in different ways. Crazy,top to bottom, left to right, and sideways.

Feature #8:You can use different force powers on your long journey. They are Force Push, Saber Throw and Force Heal. Before you can use them, you must earn them by defeating Yoda and Obi-Wan. Your Force powers grow stronger as you play.

Feature #9: There are 8 levels that are very long! (except the first.) You can play them over and over!!! There very fun and challenging!
